Who to contact
Better Call Mo is the trading name shown on this website. Company number: SC901704. ICO registration number: ZC241694. For privacy questions, contact info@bettercallmo.co.uk or call 0141 461 3439. The full legal identity and postal address of the organisation responsible for your information still need to be confirmed.
Browsing this website
Your browser sends connection information, such as your IP address and the page requested, to the server to load the website. The supplied local preview server does not write access logs or save enquiry records. A future hosting provider may keep security and access logs; its identity, purposes and retention arrangements must be added before launch.
Making an enquiry
The form asks for your name, phone number, whether the accident was your fault, and a brief description of the help you need. These details are assembled in your browser. This website does not submit them to a BCM database.
When you select Send, your details are included in a link passed to WhatsApp to prepare your message. This transfers the entered information to WhatsApp before you press Send inside WhatsApp, and the link may be recorded in browser history. BCM receives your message when you send it in WhatsApp. If you prefer, you can call or email BCM instead.
Please do not enter medical details, identity documents, payment information or other people's personal information. Initial enquiries should describe only the support you need.
Why information is used
Your enquiry is intended to let BCM respond to your request and discuss accident support. BCM must confirm and document the lawful basis for each use, including any referral, record keeping or marketing, before this notice is final. Asking a question does not opt you into a marketing mailing list through this website.
WhatsApp and other organisations
WhatsApp processes information under its own privacy policy. BCM must confirm the applicable WhatsApp business terms, international transfer arrangements and how its business account retains messages.
The website describes a partnership with First Accident Assistance. The organisations receiving enquiry information, their roles, purposes and sharing arrangements must be confirmed by BCM. The website itself does not automatically forward your enquiry to that partner.
How long information is kept
The form code does not store entries in cookies, local storage or a website database. BCM still needs to confirm how long messages, emails, referrals and related records are kept, including backups and deletion arrangements. These periods, or the criteria used to set them, must appear in the final notice.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have rights to access your information, correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to its use, and receive a portable copy. If processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful use. Contact BCM using the details above to make a request.
You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Where EU GDPR applies, you may also complain to the relevant EU supervisory authority.
Cookies, social content and automated decisions
